The student's words weigh equally with the faculty's.

This was the only school I applied to that had student interviews. The fact their words weigh equally with the faculty indicates how much the students matter here. As a prospective student, you can ask things of a student that you wouldn’t ask a faculty member. We also had lunch with 3rd and 4th year students and we got to ask them about what it was like to be in the hospitals. They all said, hang in there, it gets better after the first and second years and they all said they still had a life despite all of the hard work.
