These are people who care about their students.

Pitt puts tremendous emphases on the patient/doctor relationship and on the personal qualities they look for in people that are going to become physicians. We have an entire block dedicated to the patient/doctor relationship. So that encompasses things ranging from patient interviewing to medicine ethics in our society.

I also get the sense here that these are people who care about their students. And like I said that whole patient/doctor relationship block — they are training you not only to be technically skilled but skilled personally and being able to relate to your patients and have a good rapport with them.
